Staff charges are $35.00 per hour per staff
member with a minimum of 3 hours per staff member |

A chef or function co-ordinator is $45.00 per hour
with a minimum of 3 hours |

A delivery fee in the metro area starts at $30.00
and more for further distances |

|
An additional half hour will be added for
delivery if staff are required as they will bring the food with them |

ON-SITE FUNCTIONS |

A room hire charge of $180.00 per day will apply,
or $100 per half day or evening |

|
|
One staff member will be included with certain
menus |
|
|
|
Hire equipment is available on request at the
normal hiring rates |

|
|
Evening dinner guests are requested to vacate the
premises no later than 11 to 11.30 pm |
|
|
|
Breakfasts, lunches, morning and afternoon teas
are available the meeting room of the Café |

|
|
Morning and afternoon teas are available from
$5.50 per person. |
